Vacuvent Air Valves
Floquip has partnered with Vacuvent, a locally manufactured valve recognized by all water boards and DWS.
Designed by the originators of Ventomat with improvements, Vacuvent has an excellent track record in South Africa and neighboring countries.
Water Hammer Solutions
Floquip specializes in water hammer solutions, offering equipment such as non-slam air valves, nozzle check valves, surge relief valves, and surge relief tanks (both bladder and compressor types).

Ball Valves
Floating Ball Valves
Available in barstock, 2-piece, 3-piece, flanged, and screwed designs with pressure ratings up to 100bar.
Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves
Designed to API specifications for pipeline applications, these valves come in sizes up to 1200mm and pressure ratings from ANSI 150 to ANSI 1500. Soft-seated and metal-seated options are available.
Control Valves
Ultra Alpine Control Valve
The Alpine range of self-actuated pilot-operated control valves is the backbone of Floquip Valves.
Available in sizes from 15mm to 1000mm with standard pressure ranges of 40bar and 50bar (steel body), these valves offer a variety of functions, including pressure reduction, pressure relief, flow control, level control, and electronic control.
Known for their robustness, these valves can handle a pressure drop of 4:1 without cavitation.
Ultra Ratio Reducing Valve
Ratio Pressure-reducing valves have been utilized in the mining industry and overseas high-rise buildings for many years.
The concept of a self-actuated pressure-reducing valve without pilots is new to the South African water industry and the general SA building industry.
Maric Tamper-Proof Flow Control Valve
This valve offers a simple form of flow control that is tamper-proof and highly dirt-tolerant. It is ideal for water-saving or pressure-distribution applications.
Elite Axial Flow Control Valve
This novel inline axial flow control valve surpasses standard diaphragm-actuated control valves.
Available in cast iron, ductile iron, bronze, and stainless steel, it features a high turndown ratio (up to 12:1) and stable control at low flow rates.

Isolating Valves

DURA Butterfly Valves
These wafer pattern and double-flanged rubber-lined valves come with a choice of stainless steel blade or electroless nickel-plated (ENP) disc with EPDM (and other) rubber liners.
Sizes up to 1000mm and pressure up to 16bar are available.
DURA High-Performance Butterfly Valves
These valves feature a square drive connection between the disc and stem, and a removable bonded liner.
Sizes up to 1000mm, with pressure ratings of 16bar and 25bar, are available.
Ultra ZD Flanged Double Eccentric Butterfly Valve
Manufactured to the highest quality standards, these valves comply with EN593 and ISO5752/En558 specifications.
They are favored in the waterworks industry for their durability and performance.
Sizes range from 200mm to 3000mm, with pressure ratings of 16 bar, 25 bar, and 40 bar.
Ultra Double Eccentric Butterfly Valve
With an RPTFE seal in the body and available in wafer, lugged, and flanged patterns, these valves are made from ductile iron body and stainless steel disc.
Sizes up to 600mm and pressure ratings of 16bar, 25bar, and 40bar are available.
Ultra Triple Eccentric Metal Seated Butterfly Valve
Featuring triple eccentric metal seats and available in wafer, lugged, and flanged patterns, these valves are locally manufactured and imported with laminated stainless steel seals.

Ultra Stelkon Diaphragm Check Valve

Floquip offers a large range of Dura weir-type diaphragm valves from 50mm to 300mm, stock available.
VMC Knife Gate Valve
Available in various material configurations, including carbon steel with a stainless steel blade, carbon steel rubber lined body with a stainless steel blade, and Roktuf body with a stainless steel blade.
Sizes from 50mm to 600mm are available.
Slurry Butterfly Valve
Designed for abrasive slurry applications, featuring a removable liner cartridge made of polyurethane and a tungsten carbide-coated stainless steel disc.
Sizes from 50mm to 1200mm, with pressure ratings of 16 bar.
Ultra Diaphragm Operated Check Valve
An adaptation of the original diaphragm check valve, modified to work well with abrasive slurry. Sizes from 80mm to 500mm, with pressure ratings up to 40 bar.
Ultra Clampon Pinch Valve
Manufactured in South Africa to the highest standards, available in sizes up to 600mm and pressure ratings up to PN40. Widely accepted by major mining groups.
Titan Metal Seated Ball Valve
This valve is designed for ultimate abrasion resistance, featuring an integral hardened metal seat and a hardened floating ball. Suitable for high-temperature and high-velocity slurry applications.
