Meter Audits, Sizing, and Calibration
Sentradco Water Services excels in conducting meter audits, calibrations, and sizing for both bulk and consumer flow meters. Our field-based technicians and engineers are skilled in benchmark flow measurements and in-situ meter calibration, utilizing state-of-the-art software for flow analysis. We also assist in selecting and installing optimal meter sizes to maximize client revenue.
Flow and Pressure Measurements
Through our associate company Ultra Control Valves, Floquip offers comprehensive pressure management solutions. Utilizing our Pilot-operated Ultra Alpine ACV and a range of electronic equipment, we provide:
- Static pressure control
- Time-related pressure control (automatic pressure settings at different times of the day)
- Flow-related pressure control (automatic pressure settings in relation to flow demand)
Our systems feature cloud-based technology and electric generators powered by the differential pressure across the valve, allowing for remote operation and monitoring via mobile phones.
Pressure-Reducing Stations for the Mining Industry
Our pressure-reducing stations are designed in collaboration with mining engineers, taking into account all process information such as pressures and flow rates. Depending on the pressure levels and continuity of water supply needed, we offer various designs with multiple safety levels. Floquip can supply stations with working pressures up to 150 bar.
- Single Leg: Pressure-reducing valve with isolating valves and relief valve.
- Dual Leg: Ensures continuity of supply and automatic low-flow demand.
